Sacrament of Marriage

In accordance with the guidelines of the Province of Michigan, engaged couples must contact the Parish Office 10 months prior to the desired wedding date and complete required preparation.  The Parish expects couples to be active parishioners at least 3 months prior to setting the wedding date.

 

The preparation for the Sacrament of Marriage includes:

You MUST be actively practicing your faith by attending Mass weekly. 

Meet with Father to discuss a wedding date.

6 months of Witness to Love Marriage Prep with a Mentor Couple.

Natural Family Planning Class - online.

Attend Couples Retreat - online.
